Job Opening: Brunch Line Cook
We are currently seeking an experienced, dynamic Line Cook to join our brunch team. This is a part-time position, with shifts from 9am to 3pm on Saturdays and Sundays only.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sauté cooking, with a particular flair for building delectable fare such as omelets, pancakes, and more. As a key member of our team, you will be expected to perform regular line cook duties, including food preparation and cooking, maintaining a clean and organized workspace, and adhering to all health and safety regulations.
- Experience: Previous experience in a similar role is required.
- Teamwork: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced team environment.
- Health Requirements: Must have Hepatitis A vaccination.

Position Overview
We are seeking a hands-on Night Manager to lead evening operations and run the expo line. This role is responsible for ensuring smooth kitchen-to-floor communication, delivering exceptional guest experiences, supervising team members, and maintaining high service standards throughout the shift.
This is a working management position — you will be actively involved on the floor and in the expo window while leading the team.
Key Responsibilities
Operations & Expo

Run the expo line and manage ticket flow

Ensure food accuracy, quality, and presentation standards

Coordinate communication between kitchen and front-of-house

Maintain speed of service and resolve bottlenecks
Guest Experience

Ensure every guest receives attentive, high-quality service

Proactively visit tables and check on guest satisfaction

Professionally handle and resolve customer concerns or complaints

Create a positive, welcoming environment
Team Leadership

Supervise front- and back-of-house staff during evening shifts

Provide direction, coaching, and accountability

Step in to assist wherever needed (host, serve, run food, bar support, etc.)

Qualifications

2+ years restaurant management or lead supervisor experience

Strong expo experience preferred
