Responsibilites include:

• Assist manager on duty in:
  • ensuring kitchen orders are prepared in a timely manner
  • ensuring kitchen orders are prepared with accuracy
  • making salads, cold side items & sauces
  • putting together to go orders
  • bringing food to patrons
• Serve as liaisons between cooks, waiters and customers
