Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook menu items to meet quality standards and presentation guidelines.
• Assist in managing kitchen operations and ensure food safety practices are followed.
• Collaborate with team members to maintain an efficient workflow in a busy kitchen.
• Contribute to menu development and enhance culinary offerings.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and cooking stations.

Requirements

• Previous experience as a line cook or in a similar role within a full-service restaurant.
• Strong cooking skills and knowledge of various cooking techniques.
• Leadership qualities and ability to work well under pressure.
• Availability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends.
