We're a established company, and we're seeking a dynamic and proactive Crew Lead to supervise our lighting/decor projects. These projects include but are not limited to, seasonal lighting installations. This is more than just a seasonal job! What You'll Be Doing:

• Leading a crew on residential and commercial lighting & decor projects—including permanent landscape lighting, event lighting, and seasonal holiday displays.
• Coordinating the loading and unloading of vehicles from our base location.
• Ensuring safe and efficient installation and removal of lighting and decor using ladders (up to 40’) and equipment.
• Training and mentoring crew members, ensuring high-quality standards and adherence to safety protocols.
• Communicating with clients professionally and providing on-site direction and support.
• Overseeing inventory and materials needed for each job. 
• Adapting to weather, site, or scheduling changes.

What You Bring to the Team:

• Prior experience leading field crews (lighting, landscaping, roofing, or similar industries a plus).
• Sound understanding of basic electrical or lighting systems preferred (we’ll train the right candidate).
• Comfortable with heights and ladder work (up to 40’).
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to troubleshoot and work independently in the field.
• Flexibility—schedule can shift during peak seasons, including evenings/weekends.

Requirements:

• 18 years of age or older.
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record.
• Reliable transportation to our base location daily.
• Commitment to following all safety standards.
• Punctual, professional, and respectful toward clients and team members.

Bonus Points:

• Experience in lighting, landscaping, general contracting, or seasonal install work.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus.
• OSHA certification or ladder safety training.

Responsibilities include:

• Install lights on houses, buildings and TALL trees
• Loading and unloading of company vehicles
• Using a variety of tools, ladders and equipment such as blowers, lifts, drills, glue guns and hand tools.
• Various starting times depending on job site location
• Ability to work long hours and 6 day work weeks

Responsibilities include:

• Cleaning and preparing job totes including warehouse area 
• Loading and unloading of materials
• Pulling totes and materials for crews daily
• Vehicle cleaning and washing inside and out
• Use of pallet jack and dock doors
• Ability to carry and lift 50 pounds
• Ability to read and understand work orders
• Work with Warehouse Supervisor and follow directions
• Working hours vary depending on work demands and being on time 
• Any other tasks assigned by Supervisors or Managers/Owners
• Ability to climb ladders and work at different heights
• Normal start time is 7am but may vary on install needs
