Description
Acts as the manager on duty when General Manager is not present. On a daily basis, this person will handle the bulk of private event bookings and coordination, as well as some of the booking for the main dining room. This position will rely heavily on knowledge of our menu, and the ability to quickly and competently navigate our POS systems and computer systems, and their integration. Must have FOH serving expperience, kitchen or management experience is preferred. Full and extensive paid training will be provided.
