Since 1987, Chris’ Pancake & Dining has been a St. Louis favorite, known for our hearty breakfasts, homestyle meals, and friendly atmosphere. We take pride in making every guest feel welcome, whether they’re here for a quick bite or a long, relaxed meal with family and friends. As a busser, you’ll play a key role in keeping our dining room clean, organized, and ready to provide the best guest experience possible.

What You’ll Do:

• Clear and reset tables quickly and efficiently between guests

• Refill water glasses and assist servers with delivering food and beverages

• Keep service stations stocked and organized

• Maintain cleanliness in the dining area and ensure floors are free of hazards

• Assist with setting up and breaking down the dining room before and after service

• Work closely with servers and hosts to keep service running smoothly

What We’re Looking For:

• Positive, team-oriented attitude

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while staying attentive to details

• Strong work ethic and reliability

• Weekend and holiday availability is a plus

• Able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 40 lbs

• No experience required – we’ll train the right person
