What You’ll Do:

• Greet guests with a genuine smile and make them feel welcome

• Present menus, answer questions, and make recommendations

• Take orders accurately and deliver food and drinks promptly

• Ensure all guests have a positive dining experience from start to finish

• Keep your section clean, stocked, and organized

• Assist teammates and support a smooth flow of service during busy shifts

• Process payments accurately and thank guests sincerely as they leave

What You’ll Do:

• Greet guests warmly and make them feel welcome

• Manage seating and reservations to keep service flowing smoothly

• Provide accurate wait times and communicate with guests while they wait

• Escort guests to their tables and present menus

• Answer phones and assist with takeout orders as needed

• Keep the host stand and entrance area clean and organized

• Support the team by assisting servers and bussers during busy times

As a busser, you’ll play a key role in keeping our dining room clean, organized, and ready to provide the best guest experience possible.

What You’ll Do:

• Clear and reset tables quickly and efficiently between guests

• Refill water glasses and assist servers with delivering food and beverages

• Keep service stations stocked and organized

• Maintain cleanliness in the dining area and ensure floors are free of hazards

• Assist with setting up and breaking down the dining room before and after service

• Work closely with servers and hosts to keep service running smoothly

What We’re Looking For:

• Positive, team-oriented attitude

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while staying attentive to details

• Strong work ethic and reliability
