As a line cook, you’ll help bring our menu to life, working in a fast-paced, supportive environment where every plate matters.
What You’ll Do:

Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes, portion standards, and presentation guidelines

Set up and stock your station with all necessary supplies before service

Work efficiently during busy shifts while maintaining consistency and quality

Operate kitchen equipment safely and properly

Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines

Keep your workstation clean, organized, and stocked throughout the shift

Assist with prep work for upcoming services when needed

Communicate clearly with fellow cooks, servers, and managers to ensure timely service
What We’re Looking For:

Previous line cook or kitchen experience preferred, but we’ll train the right person

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a positive attitude

Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality

Willingness to work weekends and holidays as needed

Able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs

Team player who’s dependable and eager to learn
