We’re looking for an energetic, motivated Assistant Manager to help lead our team, ensure smooth daily operations, and create an unforgettable experience for both guests and staff.

Position Overview:

As an Assistant Manager, you’ll be a key leader in the restaurant, working alongside the General Manager to oversee daily operations, manage staff, and ensure top-tier customer service. You’ll wear multiple hats—coaching employees, handling customer concerns, managing inventory, and keeping the restaurant running efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Team Leadership: Train, coach, and motivate front- and back-of-house staff to deliver top-notch service.

• Guest Experience: Ensure every guest has a great experience by maintaining high service and food quality standards.

• Operations Management: Assist with scheduling, payroll, and daily restaurant operations.

• Inventory & Ordering: Monitor stock levels and work with vendors to maintain proper inventory.

• Problem-Solving: Address customer concerns and resolve issues quickly and professionally.

• Compliance & Safety: Ensure health, safety, and company policies are followed at all times.

• Financial Support: Assist in managing budgets, sales reports, and cost controls.

• Event & Promotions Support: Help coordinate special events, promotions, and marketing efforts.
