Position Overview:

The Host/Hostess is responsible for greeting guests with a smile, managing the flow of the restaurant, and ensuring every guest has an excellent first impression. You’ll coordinate seating, manage reservations, and help set the tone for a great dining experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet guests warmly as they enter the restaurant.

• Manage the waitlist and reservations efficiently.

• Guide guests to their tables and provide menus.

• Communicate wait times and accommodate special requests when possible.

• Keep the entrance and waiting area clean and organized.

• Assist with takeout orders and phone inquiries.

• Support servers and staff in creating a seamless dining experience.

• Maintain a positive, upbeat attitude and contribute to a fun work environment.
