Position Overview:
The Office Assistant will provide administrative support to management, assist with daily operations, and ensure that office tasks are handled efficiently. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys keeping things organized.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist with daily administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, and document organization.
• Answer phone calls, emails, and handle guest inquiries professionally.
• Help manage schedules, reservations, and restaurant logistics.
• Support HR functions such as onboarding new employees and maintaining records.
• Process invoices, track expenses, and assist with bookkeeping tasks.
• Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to ensure smooth operations.
• Maintain office supplies and ensure the workspace stays organized.
• Provide general support to managers and other team members as needed.
What We’re Looking For:
✅ Experience: Previous office, administrative, or restaurant experience preferred.
✅ Tech Savvy: Comfortable with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Suite.
✅ Organized & Detail-Oriented: Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
✅ Strong Communication Skills: Professional and friendly demeanor in person, over the phone, and via email.
✅ Problem-Solving Mindset: Ability to think on your feet and handle challenges proactively.
✅ Bilingual (Spanish/English) is a plus!
