We focus on rotisserie chicken, market driven sides, sandwiches, sauces, and salads.  

The Register role is a critical roll in presenting the guest with a positive hospitality experience as the take their order, present them with their options, clearly communicate, complete the transaction, and sell the food.  

The register role is responsible for

• A friendly and positive attitude
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to make change, run a Point of Sale (POS) system
• Attention to detail
• Taking orders and ensuring that they are efficient and rang in properly
• Restocking containers and various pantry items
• Cleaning and proper sanitation of the stall and anything deemed necessary
• Must be able to work holidays and weekends

We focus on rotisserie chicken, crispy chicken sandwiches, market driven sides, fresh salads, and from scratch sauces,

The cook role will be responsible for:

• Ensure the final product is cooked properly
• Prepare and follow consistent portion sizes
• Store products in compliance with safety practices
• Follow recipes, including measuring, weighing and mixing ingredients
• Bake, grill, steam and boil meats, vegetables, fish, poultry and other foods
• Present, garnish and arrange final dishes
• Occasionally serve food
• Maintain a clean and safe work area, including handling utensils, equipment and dishes
• Handle and store ingredients and food
• Maintain food safety and sanitation standards

The cook role will be responsible for:

• Ensure the final product is cooked properly
• Prepare and follow consistent portion sizes
• Store products in compliance with safety practices
• Follow recipes, including measuring, weighing and mixing ingredients
• Bake, grill, steam and boil meats, vegetables, fish, poultry and other foods
• Present, garnish and arrange final dishes
