Line Cook –  CB’s ChopHouse

Our menu features favorites like ribeye, beef tenderloin, tossed wings, Southwestern egg rolls, and chef-driven lunch and dinner items that keep guests coming back for more. 

We are seeking a motivated Line Cook to join our kitchen team and help deliver high-quality, consistent food that exceeds guest expectations. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced kitchen, takes pride in cooking from scratch, and is committed to elevating every dish that leaves the line.

What You’ll Do

• Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and quality standards for steaks, sandwiches, pizzas, appetizers, and daily specials. 

• Set up and maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked workstation for service.

• Assist in ingredient prep including chopping, portioning, trimming proteins, and prepping sauces and sides.

• Follow all food safety, sanitation, and cleaning procedures to maintain a safe kitchen environment.

• Execute dishes with attention to presentation, portioning, and temperature.

• Communicate clearly with the kitchen and front-of-house teams to support smooth service.

• Support inventory rotation and basic receiving duties as needed.

What We’re Looking For

• Previous experience as a line cook or in a professional kitchen preferred.

• Strong knife skills and knowledge of cooking techniques across proteins, sides, and sauces.

• Ability to work under pressure and maintain consistency during busy service periods.

• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

• Dependable, organized, and committed to high standards of cleanliness and food quality.
