Dishwasher 

(Reports to front of house manager)

General Job Description 

• responsible for making sure dishware and cooking are clean and put away during each shift. Also must keep the area clean and clear of garbage.

Duties and Responsibilities 

• Cleans and maintains dish station in practicing good safety, sanitation, and organizational skills.
• Has understanding and knowledge to properly use the equipment.
• Assists in cleaning, sanitation, and organization of kitchen, walk-in coolers, and all storage areas.
• May restocks items as needed throughout the shift.
• Follow all posted checklists for the position.
• Performs additional responsibilities, not detailed above, as requested by Management or Pit Cook.

Qualifications 

• Must be able to life 40-80 lbs at a time
