Position Summary

As a Line Cook at Casablanca, you will play a key role in preparing menu items accurately and efficiently while maintaining the quality standards our guests expect. From scratch-made pizzas in our brick oven to burgers, sandwiches, and appetizers, you’ll work as part of a fast-paced kitchen team to keep food moving and customers happy.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook menu items to specification (pizzas, burgers, sandwiches, appetizers, etc.).

• Operate kitchen equipment safely and effectively, including brick ovens and fryers.

• Follow recipes and portion standards to ensure consistency and quality.

• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area in compliance with food safety and sanitation standards.

• Assist with prep work, stocking, and restocking line stations.

• Work as part of a team to keep tickets flowing smoothly during busy shifts.

• Communicate with servers and managers to coordinate food timing and orders.

Qualifications

• Prior kitchen or line cook experience preferred, but willing to train the right candidate.

• Strong work ethic and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

• Knowledge of kitchen equipment, food safety, and sanitation standards.

• Team player with good communication skills.

• Reliable, punctual, and flexible schedule – must be available nights, weekends, and holidays.
