Casablanca Pub & Grill and Casagrotto Brick Oven Pizza are well-known for great food, a lively lakeside atmosphere, and friendly service. Located on the historic Bagnell Dam Strip, we serve locals and visitors who come for our pizzas, burgers, appetizers, and casual dining favorites. We’re looking for outgoing, dependable servers to join our front-of-house team.

Position Summary

As a Server at Casablanca, you’ll be the face of the restaurant—welcoming guests, taking orders, and ensuring every guest has an excellent dining experience. You’ll use the TOAST POS system with handheld devices to take orders and process payments efficiently, helping keep service smooth and accurate even during busy shifts.

Responsibilities

• Greet and seat guests in a friendly, professional manner.

• Take food and beverage orders accurately and promptly using handheld devices.

• Deliver food and drinks to tables, ensuring proper presentation and accuracy.

• Monitor guest satisfaction, address concerns, and provide attentive service throughout the meal.

• Handle payments, cash, and tips accurately through TOAST POS.

• Maintain cleanliness of tables, dining areas, and service stations.

• Work as part of a team with fellow servers, bartenders, and kitchen staff to keep service running smoothly.

Qualifications

• Prior serving experience in a restaurant setting preferred.

• Strong customer service and communication skills.

• Ability to multitask and stay calm in a fast-paced environment.

• Comfortable using POS systems and handheld order devices (TOAST experience is a plus).

• Flexible schedule – nights, weekends, and holidays required.

• Must be at least 18 years old (21+ to serve alcohol).
