Key Responsibilities

• Food Preparation: Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and quality standards.
• Kitchen Operations: Maintain a clean and organized work area, ensuring all kitchen equipment is in good working order.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with fellow kitchen staff to ensure timely service during busy shifts.
• Quality Control: Monitor food quality and presentation, making adjustments as necessary to meet restaurant standards.
• Inventory Management: Assist in managing kitchen inventory and supplies, reporting any shortages to management.

Requirements

• Previous experience as a line cook or in a fast-paced kitchen environment preferred.
• Strong knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices.
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
• Excellent time management skills and the ability to multitask.
• Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Schedule
