• Overall operation for the restaurant,
• hire staff
• Purchase food and stock
• Make sure everyone is trained on proper food preparation, proper and legal alcoholic beverage service kitchen safety techniques and understand health standards.
• Responsible for maintaining paperwork
• Scheduling
• Event management
• Cleanliness of the restaurant

Responsibilites include:

• Deliver food orders from the kitchen to customers' tables rapidly and accurately.
• Act as the point of contact between Front of the House and Back of the House staff.
• Communicating food orders to chefs, paying attention to priorities (e.g. food allergies)

Responsibilites include:

• Wipe up spilled food and crumbs
• Refill water glasses
• Transporting food, beverages, condiments and utensils to diners in coordination with the deliveries made by the server.

General responsibilities inlclude:

• Customer interactions
• Food and beverage service
• Mixing and pouring drinks
• General bar preparation and maintenance.
• Fast paced environment

Must have prior experience in craft cocktails.
