Buddy’s Harbor — McCoy Cove (Lake of the Ozarks)
Buddy’s Harbor is looking for 2–3 passionate culinary professionals to join the Buddy’s Kitchen team for what will be a landmark season at the lake.
This is not a “drop fries and survive the summer” kitchen job.
You’ll be:
• Working our artisan wood-fired pizza oven
• Running BBQ smokers and spit roasts
• Prepping for waterfront catered events
• Helping launch our expanded kitchen and dining room later this season
• Building toward an upscale evening menu and elevated lake dining experience
Oscar and Zach both come from serious kitchen backgrounds with years working alongside talented chefs and strong hospitality operations. There’s real experience here to learn from and build with.
We’re trying to seriously raise the culinary bar at Lake of the Ozarks and we’re looking for committed people who want to be part of building something unique — not just picking up a paycheck.
This is a long-term opportunity with professional-level pay for the right people.
