The Mission: Keep Buddy’s Beautiful.

Buddy’s Harbor is a 3-acre waterfront destination with 18 cabins, two condos, and a brand-new resort expansion. We are looking for a dedicated Grounds & Maintenance Pro to ensure our gardens, lawns, and facilities look 5-star every single day.

The Pay:

$20.00 – $25.00 per hour (Based on experience and skill set).

What You’ll Do:

• Grounds Mastery: Mowing, edging, and maintaining our 3 acres of gardens and lakeside lawns.

• Minor Landscaping: Keeping the flower beds sharp, mulching, and light gardening to maintain our "Boutique" feel.

• The "Fix-It" List: Handling general resort maintenance—think light plumbing, painting touch-ups, deck repairs, and troubleshooting cabin issues.

• Pool & Dock Upkeep: Assisting in keeping the pool area pristine and ensuring the docks are clean and safe for our boating guests.

• Proactive Care: You don’t wait for things to break. You see a loose board or a brown patch of grass and you handle it.

What We’re Looking For:

• The "Handyman" Skillset: You’re comfortable with power tools, mowers, and basic facility repairs.

• Self-Starter: You can look at a 3-acre property and prioritize your day without constant supervision.

• Reliability: You have a home, a phone, and a ride. You show up when the sun comes up and get the job done.

• No Drama: We have a high-energy, positive team. We need someone who works hard and stays focused on the task.
