With our new boat slips for up to 22 large boats, ongoing resort renovation, and the addition of the Silo Bar Pavilion, Buddy’s Harbor is certainly on the map in 2026. We are looking for talented, charismatic cocktail bartenders who can move fast, stay cool, and stack serious cash.

The Deal:

• Compensation: $10/hr + High-Volume Tips (Big boats = big tips).

What We’re Looking For:

• 3+ Years Experience: You know your way around a shaker and a busy bar!

• Certification: TIPS or ServSafe is a plus.

The Mission:

Buddy’s Harbor is growing fast! While our full dining room and lounge extension are being completed (aiming for early-July functionality), our Artisan Pizza, Subs, and Salads are already a hit—and our Weekend Waterfront BBQ is about to launch. With our new slips for "Big Boat" parking, we expect a busy summer. We need cooks who can handle the heat and grow with us.

The Pay:

$20 – $25 per hour (Based on experience and hustle).

What You’ll Be Doing:

• The Now: Mastering our wood-fired pizzas, high-end subs, and fresh salads.

• The Weekends: Running the Waterfront BBQ—high-volume, high-energy, and great smells.

• The Future: Helping us launch the full "Buddy’s Dining Room" & kitchen in July. High end menu led by experienced chefs. Classical French influence. 

• The Standard: Keeping a clean station, moving with urgency, and ensuring every plate (or pizza box) looks perfect. Willing to learn.

• The "Pivot" Pro: You’re comfortable working in a kitchen that’s expanding. You see a "work-in-progress" as an opportunity to set the standard.

The Role: The "Swiss Army Knife" of Buddy’s Harbor

Buddy’s Harbor is a totally new "old school" boutique resort, and we need a high-energy, tech-savvy individual to keep the gears turning. This isn't a "sit behind a desk" job—you’ll be the face of the resort, transitioning from the rental dock to the pool deck to the bar without breaking a sweat.

What You’ll Do:

• The Marina & Rentals: Manage boat and jet ski check-ins/outs using FareHarbor and Square. You’ll be the one giving the guests briefings to safely operate equipment and ensuring they leave the dock with confidence.

• The Dockmaster Assistant: Catching lines, tying knots, and helping guests park their boats at our brand-new dock.

• The Barback: Supporting our bartenders during the rush—keeping the ice cold, the kegs moving, and the bar stocked. (Yes, there are tips here!)

• The Grounds: Keeping the pool pristine, the 3-acre gardens looking sharp, and ensuring the "vibe" is always 10/10.

• The Tech: Communicating with the team via Slack and staying on top of the digital schedule.

• Tech-Savvy: You need to be fast on a tablet and comfortable with apps.

• Boating IQ: You know how to tie a proper cleat hitch and aren't afraid of a 30ft cruiser coming into a slip.

• The "Three Musts": You must have a home, a reliable phone, and your own ride. No exceptions.

• Detail Oriented: You notice the small things—a stray piece of trash, a low fuel tank, or an empty napkin holder—and you fix it before being asked.

• Prior experience with dock operations is a plus but not required—we’ll show you the ropes!

Buddy’s Harbor is a 3-acre waterfront destination with 18 cabins, two condos, and a brand-new resort expansion. We are looking for a dedicated Grounds & Maintenance Pro to ensure our gardens, lawns, and facilities look 5-star every single day.

The Pay:

$20.00 – $25.00 per hour (Based on experience and skill set).

What You’ll Do:

• Grounds Mastery: Mowing, edging, and maintaining our 3 acres of gardens and lakeside lawns.

• Minor Landscaping: Keeping the flower beds sharp, mulching, and light gardening to maintain our "Boutique" feel.

• The "Fix-It" List: Handling general resort maintenance—think light plumbing, painting touch-ups, deck repairs, and troubleshooting cabin issues.

• Pool & Dock Upkeep: Assisting in keeping the pool area pristine and ensuring the docks are clean and safe for our boating guests.

• Proactive Care: You don’t wait for things to break. You see a loose board or a brown patch of grass and you handle it.

What We’re Looking For:

• The "Handyman" Skillset: You’re comfortable with power tools, mowers, and basic facility repairs.

• Self-Starter: You can look at a 3-acre property and prioritize your day without constant supervision.
