As a Buddy's Cocktail Bartender, you’ll craft high-quality drinks, engage with guests, and keep the bar running smoothly.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve drinks accurately and efficiently.

• Provide outstanding customer service and maintain bar cleanliness.

• Manage bar inventory and restocking.

• Follow all alcohol service laws and company policies.

• Work with servers and kitchen staff to ensure smooth service.

• Any basic cooking experience would be great

Requirements:

• 1+ years of cocktail bartending experience preferred.
• Knowledge of classic and craft cocktails.
• Friendly, engaging personality.
• TIPS or Safe Serve certification is a plus!

Pizza Master needed!!

Key Responsibilities:

• Set up the pizza area and get the pizza oven fire ready.

• Prepare and cook a variety of Buddy's wood-fired pizzas according to recipes and guest preferences.

• Hand-stretch dough, apply toppings evenly, and operate pizza ovens efficiently.

• Maintain a clean and organized workstation, including prep areas and ovens.

• Monitor inventory for pizza ingredients and ensure freshness and quality.

• Collaborate with the kitchen team to maintain timely service during busy shifts.

Requirements:

• Previous artisan pizza-making experience is a plus but not required—we’ll train the right person!

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail.

• Strong teamwork and communication skills.

• Passion for food and a positive attitude.

• Cook our gourmet burger menu items according to recipes and standards.

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations.

• Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines.

• Assist with prep work and stock inventory.

Requirements:

We’re looking for a presentable, reliable, hardworking, and detail-oriented individual to join the Buddy's Harbor team as a resort hand / Barback .

Who We Are:

Buddy's Harbor Boutique Resort & Marina is a true, one of a kind, totally new 'old school', Lake Ozark experience! Our lively year-round resort sports 18 cabins, two condos, two bars, a gourmet burger kitchen and an artisan wood-fired pizzeria. We've got a huge heated pool open from April to October. We're right on the lake at the end of a no wake cove set on 3 acres of gardens and grounds between The Four Seasons, Osage Beach, and the Lake Ozark Strip. 

What You’ll Do:

• Look after the resort grounds, pool and some maintenance

• Assist the bartenders keeping the bars organized and stocked

• Being a customer facing member of the Buddy's team you'll be engaging with guest too.

What We’re Looking For:

• A strong work ethic and a can-do attitude.

• Must have a home, a phone and a ride!

• Ability to hustle and stay on your feet in a fast-paced environment.

• Experience with groundskeeping and maintenance

• Previous barback or restaurant experience is a plus, but we’ll train the right person!

Keep the resort running – Service the pool, gardens and support the bars. Refill liquor, beer, ice, and mixers so the bartenders never run dry.

🧼 Maintain a clean & organized bar – Wipe down surfaces, remove empty glasses, and make sure everything is spotless.

🚀 Support the bartenders – Anticipate their needs, run for supplies, and help them serve drinks efficiently.

🔋 Restock & prep – Cut garnishes, refill napkins and straws, and make sure every detail is covered.

🏃 Move fast & stay sharp – Resorts get busy, and you’ll be in the thick of it, keeping everything running smoothly.

What We’re Looking For:
