Hours of availability needed are from 3pm - 12am.
LINE COOK JOB DESCRIPTION
This position reports to the kitchen manager.
Job Overview
Guest satisfaction in our restaurant revolves around the food appearance, high quality of the food and overall dining experience. The line cook is responsible for the daily preparation of food items in the pantry, fry stations, grill or other areas of the kitchen.
Experience/Knowledge:
- 2+ years cooking experience in a high volume kitchen
- Basic understanding of professional cooking and knife handling skills
- Understanding and knowledge of safety, sanitation and food handling procedures
- Ability to read and understand kitchen terminology

GENERAL MANAGER JOB DESCRIPTION
Reports directly to: Director of Operations
Job Overview
The General Manager is responsible for all aspects of a successful service, including crew training and performance; menu execution and accurate costing; reducing waste of product or resources; maintaining a clean and safe space for crew and guests; scheduling and reviewing payroll; hiring, training, discipline, and termination; etc. All aspects of the General Manager’s job should be informed by our core mission of hospitality--the well being of our crew and the satisfaction of our guests.
Experience/Knowledge:
- Have at least four years in food and beverage management, preferably in high volume or fine dining environments
- Compliant with all required health department and safety certifications, including currently valid ServSafe certification, Hepatitis A vaccination, and SMART certification
