Brainy Bunch Educational Center – is seeking a dependable and experienced Pre-school Teacher to join our growing team at our Rising Sun location. We are a licensed childcare center committed to providing high-quality early education through a blended curriculum incorporating Montessori principles, STEM/STEAM learning, and play-based development.

We are looking for a reliable, nurturing, and professional educator who understands the importance of supervision, structure, and consistency in an infant classroom.

Position Requirements:

• High School Diploma or GED (required)
• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in an infant or early childhood classroom (required)
• CDA or pursuing an Associate’s/Bachelor’s in Early Childhood Education (preferred)
• Current PA Clearances (Criminal, FBI, Child Abuse, NSOR)
• Mandate Reporter Certification
• CPR & First Aid Certification (or willing to obtain)
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Professional, dependable, and punctual

Reliability and consistent attendance are essential for this position.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise and ensure the safety of infants at all times
• Support age-appropriate developmental activities and daily routines
• Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary classroom environment
• Complete daily documentation in ProCare (feeding, diapering, updates)
• Communicate professionally with families during drop-off/pick-up
• Adhere to all state licensing and Keystone STARS guidelines

Schedule:

• Full-Time & Part-Time Available
• Monday–Friday; No weekends
• Opening shift preferred*

Compensation:

$14.50 – $16.00 per hour
(Based on experience and credentials)

Start Date:

• Immediate openings available.

Must be able to start within 1 week.
