Description
Responsibilites include:
- Manager on duty when General Manager is not present.
- Oversees general operations, employee responsibilities, and customer interactions.
- Handles daily finances.

Overall operation of a high volume bar and restaurant such as:
- Coordinating daily restaurant management operations.
- Delivering superior food and beverage service and maximizing customer satisfaction.
- Responding efficiently and accurately to restaurant customer complaints.
- Ensuring incoming staff complies with company policies.
- Training staff to follow restaurant procedures including proper and legal alcoholic beverage service.
- Maintaining safety and food quality standards.
- Ability to do extensive inventory of liquor, wine and beer.
- Organizing and supervising shifts.
- Keeping track of employee's hours.
- Leading by example and uplifting our staff during busy moments in our fast-paced environment.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $22.00 per hour
