Description
Blood & Sand is looking to expand its kitchen team with motivated and forward thinking individuals. Experience is a must.
Responsibilites include:
- Must have experience working in a professional, fine dining kitchen.
- Ability to adhere to proper food handling, cleanliness, safety, and sanitation guidelines.
- Being fully responsible for working a station, including prepping, cleaning and maintaining the line.
- Monitoring ticket times and food quality and having an eye for detail.
- Able to follow recipes and verbal directions.
- Good communication skills, especially with regards to low product counts.
- Being able to organize and plan your time effectively.
- Come in on time, ready to work every day.
- Strive to constantly improve - including learning the menu in full detail, learning other stations, taking on more responsibility as your skill set develops.
