This job's main focus is to be the liaison between the front and back of house. You must be able to work in an extremely fast-paced environment and have excellent communication skills. Your responsibilities include but are not limited to: ensuring all orders are correct, assisting in final preparation of dishes, transfering important information between wait and kitchen staff, etc.

This job will include food preparation and assistance to Chefs. You will be responsible for maintenance and food safety of assigned station. We are looking for full time line cooks for the AM and PM.

Job Duties include but not limited to:

• placing orders in person, over the phone and from our online ordering service and cash handling
• Ensuring all orders are correct and packaged correctly
• relaying needed details to team members for all carryout orders
