Billiards on Broadway is hiring a cook. Flat top and fryer experience is helpful, but we can train the right person! Dependability, strong work ethic and teamwork are required. Nights and weekends required. Full or part positions available. Kitchen members receive cash tipouts. Compensation dependent on experience.

Work with front of house staff to remain under occupancy limits and help inform incoming guests when we are at capacity

• Calmly help remove guests that have been asked to leave, without escalating the situation
• Help bartenders with bussing of tables in pool hall
• Wipe down and sanitize pool table rails, and nearby tall top tables after each group finishes
• Stay in communication with lead bartender throughout the night
• Sweep and Mop Pool Hall or Dining Room depending on night
• Take out Bar Trash and recycling as needed and at the end of the night

Part time, week day availability a must. Customer interaction, food and drink service including orders and delivery, general table and restaurant maintenance.

Qualifications include FOH experience in a busy restaurant setting.

Position includes leading FOH staff, 30 + hours a week, working alongside KM, GM and owner.

Must be able to problem solve and support FOH staff with enthusiasm, creativity and good humor, willingness to learn and an ability to adapt. Weekday evenings and weekends are required.
