BPC is looking for an evening chef.  This job is ideal for someone who works great with autonomy and would like to build their skills by creating their own seasonal menu.  You will work with a small, efficient kitchen team dedicated to exceptional food at affordable prices.

Hours are 30 hours per week.

Responsibilites include:

• Help oversee many aspects of the kitchen operations
• Assist in creation of seasonal menu options
• Prepare food
• manage staff
• Ensure customer satisfaction
• Train new employees
• Supervise and maintain inventory
