Description
We are looking for someone who is interested in helping to build out evening options for a local neighborhood restaurant and coffee bar. The ideal candidate will be a jack of all trades able to handle many tasks and varied menu items. You will work with a small, efficient kitchen team dedicated to exceptional food at affordable prices.
Hours will be Thursday - Saturday evenings from 5 to 10 pm and Tuesday - Wednesday from 6:30 to 3:00 pm. There is some ability to negotiate these hours.
Responsibilites include:
- Help oversee many aspects of the kitchen operations
- Assist in creation of seasonal menu options
- Prepare food
- manage staff
- Ensure customer satisfaction
- Train new employees
- Supervise and maintain inventory

- Clean or sanitize work areas, utensils, or equipment
- Clean service and seating areas

- Food preparation and assistance to the manager and assistant manager.
- Responsibility for maintenance and food safety of assigned station.
- Responsible for dishes and cleaning as assigned.
- Responsible for expediting, food running, and food prep.
- Will be considered for promotion to assistant kitchen manager upon success in the current position.

Description
Do you like solving puzzles and seeing customers smile? Come join us as a front of house expediter.
Part time, weekends only on Saturday and Sunday from 7 am to 3 pm. Includes some kitchen prep and potential kitchen advancement.
Responsibilites include:
- Ensure kitchen orders are prepared in a timely manner.
- Check the orders for accuracy
- Serve as liaisons between cooks, waiters and customers.
