For the Barback, your standards of service are crucial to assisting the bartenders in adhering to their standards of service.

What You’ll Do:

• Greet guests with a friendly welcome and guide them through our curated cocktail, wine, beer, and spirits menu

• Mix and present drinks with flair and precision—presentation is as important as taste

• Engage with guests: ask about their mood, share recommendations, and build rapport to help them feel seen and celebrated—revisit for “their drink” next time 

• Maintain a clean, organized bar station: prep garnishes, restock supplies, and elevate the experience with polished efficiency 

• Work closely with fellow bartenders, servers, and leadership to keep the space running smoothly—it’s teamwork, elevated
