ASSISTANT RESTAURANT MANAGER

Job Description

The Assistant Manager is a working leader responsible for supporting daily operations, leading shifts, and maintaining BEAST standards during high-volume service.

This is a lead-from-the-front role — you are expected to jump in, run the line, support the team, and hold standards without hesitation.

You will work directly under the Restaurant Manager to ensure the operation runs efficiently, the team performs, and every guest gets the BEAST experience.

What You’ll Do

Shift Leadership

• Run shifts and maintain control of service flow

• Ensure speed, accuracy, and quality during peak volume

• Step in wherever needed — line, counter, expo, or prep

Team Accountability

• Hold team members accountable to standards

• Coach and correct performance in real time

• Support training and development of staff

Operations Execution

• Maintain cleanliness, organization, and food safety standards

• Ensure proper prep levels and product availability

• Support commissary coordination and execution

Guest Experience

• Handle guest issues quickly and professionally

• Maintain energy and hospitality at all times

Support Leadership

• Assist Restaurant Manager with scheduling, inventory, and daily operations

• Help drive performance and efficiency across shifts

• 2+ years of leadership experience in high-volume environments

• Strong ability to lead from the front under pressure

• High accountability and standards-driven mindset

• Strong communication and problem-solving skills

• Full availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
