BEAST Craft BBQ Co. is hiring Cashiers for our City Foundry location.

This is not a passive register role. You are the first and last impression of the brand, responsible for controlling the flow of the line, guiding guests through the menu, and delivering fast, accurate service in a high-volume environment.

What You’ll Do

Guest Experience & Line Control

• Greet guests and manage the flow of the line

• Guide guests through the menu and help them order efficiently

• Maintain speed, accuracy, and energy during peak volume

Order Accuracy & Execution

• Take orders quickly and accurately

• Ensure orders are entered correctly and communicated clearly to the kitchen

• Support order handoff and guest satisfaction

Brand Representation

• Deliver BEAST-level hospitality in a fast-paced environment

• Handle guest concerns quickly and professionally

• Maintain a clean, organized front counter

Team Support

• Assist with food running, expo, and light cleaning

• Jump in wherever needed to support the team

What We’re Looking For

• Experience in high-volume customer service or counter service preferred

• Strong communication and people skills

• Ability to stay calm and efficient under pressure

• Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented

• Comfortable working nights, weekends, and peak hours
