The Prep Cook supports the foundation of BEAST operations by preparing high-volume product for service and distribution.

This role is critical to maintaining consistency across all locations.

What You’ll Do

• Prep meats, sides, and ingredients to exact specifications

• Follow recipes and production schedules

• Maintain clean and organized prep areas

• Support inventory and product rotation

• Assist kitchen operations as needed
