Job Description
This is not a traditional restaurant management job.
As a Restaurant Manager at BEAST, you are the operational leader of a high-volume food hall kiosk and a key part of our commissary system.
You’ll lead a lean, high-performing team where every second matters and every plate must be perfect.
What You’ll Do
High-Volume Operations
• Manage line flow, speed, and guest experience
• Maintain energy and accuracy during peak rushes
• Deliver hospitality in a counter-service environment
Commissary & Production
• Oversee prep and product flow to other locations
• Ensure accuracy, quality, and timing of production
Pit & Product Quality
• Manage fire, smoke, and protein execution
• Enforce strict quality standards — no compromises
Team Leadership
• Lead, coach, and hold team accountable in real time
• Build a cross-trained, high-performing team
• Maintain “no task beneath anyone” culture
Financial Performance
• Manage labor and daily performance metrics
• Drive efficiency in a tight-margin kiosk environment
What We’re Looking For
• 3+ years management in high-volume or fast-casual environments
• Experience managing prep/logistics across multiple outputs
• Strong leadership and accountability mindset
• Interest in BBQ and pit mastery
• Full availability including nights/weekends
