Getting the best bagels in Missouri into our customers hands quickly and accurately.  We have an amazing team and not only have one of the busisest restaurants in town, but we continue to grow!  No nights, no grease!

The hardest and most important position at B&B Bagel. Shift runs from 2.45am till 9am. If baking 1000's of bagels and making 100s of pounds of dough sounds like fun, This is your job!

Responsibilites include:

• Starts at 430am.
• Complete wholesale bagel orders
• Inventory and establish production amounts for the day
• Produce 200 to 300#'s of dough daily
• Complete other restaurant prep for the day
• Fill in on dishes and customer service as needed
