As a server, you’ll be the key connection between our kitchen and our guests – creating memorable dining experiences through exceptional service.

What You’ll Do:

• Greet guests warmly and make them feel welcome

• Present menus, answer questions, and offer recommendations

• Take food and beverage orders accurately and promptly

• Serve food and drinks according to Bartolino’s standards

• Check in with guests to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns quickly

• Maintain cleanliness and organization in your section and service areas

• Process payments accurately and efficiently

• Work closely with bussers, hosts, and kitchen staff to ensure smooth service

What We’re Looking For:

• Previous serving experience in a restaurant setting preferred

• Strong communication and customer service skills

• Ability to multitask and work well under pressure

• Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset

• Able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs

• Willing to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
