As a host or hostess, you’ll be the first and last face our guests see – setting the tone for their experience and ensuring every visit is memorable.

What You’ll Do:

• Greet guests warmly and with a friendly smile as they enter the restaurant

• Manage reservations and walk-in seating efficiently to ensure smooth service flow

• Escort guests to their tables and present menus

• Answer phones, take reservations, and provide accurate wait time estimates

• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming host stand and entrance area

• Communicate with servers, bussers, and management to coordinate seating and service

• Assist with light side work such as folding menus, refilling water, or delivering bread when needed

• Thank guests sincerely as they leave and invite them back

What We’re Looking For:

• Warm, friendly, and professional demeanor

• Strong communication and organizational skills

• Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure

• Able to stand for extended periods and move quickly when needed

• Weekend, evening, and holiday availability preferred

• Previous host/hostess or customer service experience is a plus but not required – we’ll train the right person
