We’re looking for a dependable and detail-oriented Prep Cook to help set the kitchen up for success by ensuring all ingredients and stations are ready for service.
What You’ll Do:

Wash, chop, slice, and prepare ingredients according to recipes and specifications

Measure and portion ingredients for menu items

Prepare sauces, dressings, and other components ahead of service
-
Properly store food items and label them with dates to ensure freshness and food safety
-
Maintain a clean, organized, and stocked prep area
-
Assist line cooks and chefs during service when needed

Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines

Operate kitchen equipment safely and report any maintenance issues
What We’re Looking For:

Previous prep cook or kitchen experience preferred, but not required – we’ll train the right person

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment

Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed

Able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs

Team player with a positive attitude
