We’re looking for a skilled and dependable Line Cook to prepare high-quality dishes that keep our guests coming back.

What You’ll Do:

• Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes, portion standards, and presentation guidelines

• Set up and stock stations with all necessary supplies before service begins

• Work efficiently during high-volume periods while maintaining quality and consistency

• Operate kitchen equipment safely and properly

• Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines

• Keep workstations clean, organized, and stocked throughout the shift

• Assist with prep work for upcoming services as needed

• Communicate effectively with the kitchen team and front-of-house staff to ensure timely service

• Primary focus on pizza, salad, and dessert stations

What We’re Looking For:

• Previous line cook or kitchen experience preferred, but we’ll train the right candidate

• Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality

• Able to handle a fast-paced kitchen environment with a positive attitude

• Knowledge of basic cooking techniques and kitchen safety practices

• Able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
