    Job Overview

    The General Manager is responsible for all aspects of a successful service, including crew training and performance; menu execution and accurate costing; reducing waste of product or resources; maintaining a clean and safe space for crew and guests; scheduling and reviewing payroll; hiring, training, discipline, and termination; etc. All aspects of the General Manager’s job should be informed by our core mission of hospitality--the well being of our crew and the satisfaction of our guests.

    Experience/Knowledge:

    • Have at least four years in food and beverage management, preferably in high volume or fine dining environments 
    • Compliant with all required health department and safety certifications, including currently valid ServSafe certification, Hepatitis A vaccination, and SMART certification

The Bartender is responsible for executing drinks according to recipes for bar and dining room service. This position handles company products, tools, and property attentively and responsibly. The Bartender is a leader among the dining room team, exemplifying Baileys’ standards of hospitality and teaching and training other team members to do the same.

    Job Overview

    Guest satisfaction in our restaurant revolves around the food appearance, high quality of the food and overall dining experience. The line cook is responsible for the daily preparation of food items in the pantry, fry stations, grill or other areas of the kitchen.

    Experience/Knowledge:

    • 2+ years cooking experience in a high volume kitchen
    • Basic understanding of professional cooking and knife handling skills
    • Understanding and knowledge of safety, sanitation and food handling procedures
    • Ability to read and understand kitchen terminology

    The Front of the House Assistant Restaurant Manager supports the General Manager and leadership team in managing the human, physical, and financial resources for their assigned outlet. The Assistant Restaurant Manager is responsible for assuring outstanding guest experiences by leading daily service. Other responsibilities include staging and training new culinary staff; building a strong team; deploying labor, purchasing, and equipment resources responsibly; and following all company-wide standards and procedures.
