We are looking for a professional, experienced, and kind lead bartender to join our team. 2+ years of experience bartending in high volume restaurants or casual fine dining environments preferred. Weekend availability required. Good attitude and the ability to work well with others is key.

Job Overview
The Lead Bartender is a hospitality professional who provides warm, skilled, and attentive guest service with a professional demeanor. The Lead Bartender is responsible for executing drinks according to recipes for bar and dining room service. This position handles company product, tools, and property attentively and responsibly. The Lead Bartender is a leader among the dining room team, exemplifying Baileys’ standards of hospitality and teaching and training other team members to do the same.
