Job Summary
Aubrey Lounge STL is seeking an experienced Fine Dining Server to join our upscale dining and cocktail lounge in St. Louis. Our goal is to deliver an exclusive, memorable guest experience through elevated hospitality, exceptional food, and thoughtful beverage service.
Servers at Aubrey play a critical role in creating that experience. We operate as a collaborative team where every guest matters and every table receives attentive service. The ideal candidate has a strong background in fine dining, excellent wine knowledge, and a passion for hospitality.

What You’ll Do
Deliver Exceptional Guest Service
• Provide attentive, polished service that reflects fine dining hospitality standards
• Guide guests through the menu with confidence and thoughtful recommendations
• Present and describe nightly features and verbal specials
• Ensure every guest enjoys a memorable and personalized dining experience
Wine & Beverage Service
• Provide knowledgeable wine service and pairing recommendations
• Assist guests with wine selection and proper presentation of bottles
• Maintain strong understanding of cocktail, wine, and beverage offerings
Team-Oriented Service
• Work collaboratively with the entire service team to support all tables
• Maintain awareness of the entire dining room and assist guests when needed
• Communicate effectively with kitchen, bar, and management teams
Restaurant Operations
• Maintain a strong understanding of table numbers, seat positions, and floor layout
• Ensure food and beverages are delivered accurately and efficiently
• Maintain clean, organized service stations and dining areas
• Support private dining events or special functions when scheduled
What We’re Looking For
• Minimum 2 years of experience serving in a fine dining restaurant
• Strong knowledge of wine service and wine pairings
• Experience presenting verbal specials and menu features
• Strong understanding of table numbers, seat positions, and restaurant floor plans
• Professional communication and hospitality skills
• Ability to remain calm and organized in high-volume service environments
• Experience with private dining or special events is a plus
