Line Cook Responsibilities
As a Line Cook at Arzola’s, you are responsible for executing the most important part of our menu—the food. You’ll consistently produce high-quality dishes while supporting kitchen operations and maintaining standards that ensure a legendary guest experience.
Key responsibilities include:

Delivering our promise of Legendary Hospitality through food quality and execution

Setting up workstations with all required ingredients and cooking equipment

Preparing ingredients such as chopping and peeling vegetables, trimming and marinating proteins

Cooking food according to recipes and standards set by the Head Chef

Executing and maintaining standards for food plating, portioning, and temperature
-
Maintaining cleanliness, sanitation, and safety standards throughout kitchen areas

Supporting food prep, cleaning protocols, and inventory flow as needed
Requirements & Qualifications

Proven experience as a line cook or high-level cook

Strong knowledge of professional kitchen equipment and cooking methods

Ability to follow all sanitation and safety procedures

Excellent communication and teamwork skills

Ability to stand and work on your feet for extended periods

Calm, patient, and composed under pressure
