Line Cook Responsibilities

As a Line Cook at Arzola’s, you are responsible for executing the most important part of our menu—the food. You’ll consistently produce high-quality dishes while supporting kitchen operations and maintaining standards that ensure a legendary guest experience.

Key responsibilities include:

• Delivering our promise of Legendary Hospitality through food quality and execution

• Setting up workstations with all required ingredients and cooking equipment

• Preparing ingredients such as chopping and peeling vegetables, trimming and marinating proteins

• Cooking food according to recipes and standards set by the Head Chef

• Executing and maintaining standards for food plating, portioning, and temperature

• Maintaining cleanliness, sanitation, and safety standards throughout kitchen areas

• Supporting food prep, cleaning protocols, and inventory flow as needed

Requirements & Qualifications

• Proven experience as a line cook or high-level cook

• Strong knowledge of professional kitchen equipment and cooking methods

• Ability to follow all sanitation and safety procedures

• Excellent communication and teamwork skills

• Ability to stand and work on your feet for extended periods

• Calm, patient, and composed under pressure

Compensation & Benefits

• Hourly Pay: Starting at $18.00/hour
