Who are we looking for?

We are seeking dependable, team-oriented hospitality professionals - both in our kitchen and our dining room - who are driven to deliver our brand of Legendary Hospitality.

 

What will you do?

You will be responsible for the quality and production of the most important aspect of our menu: the food.  You will consistently and efficiently produce delicious, beautiful food each and every time.  Additionally, you will assist in food preparation, cleaning protocols, inventory flow, and generally support your Kitchen Team however necessary to ensure a legendary guest experience.

 

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

  • Deliver our promise of Legendary Hospitality
  • Set up workstations with all needed ingredients and cooking equipment to ensure service readiness
  • Prepare ingredients to use in cooking such as chopping and peeling vegetables, trimming and marinating proteins, etc.
  • Cook food according to recipes and standards set forth by Head Chef
  • Execute and maintain standards for food plating, portioning and temperature
  • Maintain sanitation and safety standards throughout kitchen areas at all times

 

Requirements

  • Team player with proven experience as a high-level cook
  • Experience with professional cooking equipment and knowledge of various cooking methods
  • Ability to follow all sanitation procedures and standards set forth by Head Chef
  • Excellent communication skills
  • The ability to stand for several hours at a time
  • Patience and cool-headedness

 

Compensation: Hourly

Compensation Range: Starting at $17.00/hr + benefits (as outlined in Employee Handbook)
