Patient Sales Consultant (Growth Into Clinic Operations Manager)

WHO WE ARE

Apex Chiropractic is a fast-growing, results-driven clinic specializing in corrective chiropractic care, red light therapy, weight loss programs, decompression, and neuropathy. Our busiest service is Red Light Therapy so there is always extra attention on that part of our facility. 

We operate with structure, precision, and accountability, and we are building a team of A-players only.

IMPORTANT: CAREER PATH

This is not a short-term role.

We are looking for someone who wants to:

• Start in a sales/consultation role

• Prove their ability to communicate, perform, and execute

• Grow into a long-term leadership position (3–5+ years)

Training for this role is extensive, and we invest heavily in the right person.

THE ROLE (PHASE 1 – SALES & CONSULTATIONS)

You will be responsible for:

• Conducting all new patient consultations for red light therapy and weight loss programs

• Understanding patient goals, challenges, and motivations

• Educating patients on services and expected outcomes

• Recommending the appropriate program

• Confidently guiding patients into starting care

After enrollment:

• The Case Manager takes over program execution

• You ensure a clean, confident handoff

FUTURE ROLE (PHASE 2 – LEADERSHIP & OPERATIONS)

As you grow into the role, you will take on:

• Office management and clinic operations

• Oversight of systems, flow, and team coordination

• Ensuring high-level patient experience and execution

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Consultations & Enrollment

• Lead structured new patient appointments

• Build trust quickly and communicate clearly

• Recommend and present programs confidently

• Guide patients into starting care

Patient Experience & Coordination

• Ensure patients feel confident and informed

• Maintain clear communication and expectations

• Support smooth transitions to the care team

Growth Contribution

• Help drive clinic growth through strong communication and follow-through

• Operate within structured systems and processes

WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE

• Strong consultation-to-enrollment conversion rates

• Patients feel confident, informed, and excited to begin

• Clean, accurate documentation and handoffs

• Consistent contribution to clinic growth and performance

COMPENSATION

• Hourly base pay ($25–$35/hour DOE)

• Team-based monthly bonuses (no individual commissions)

• Bonuses are paid when the clinic hits overall performance goals

• Opportunity to grow into a $60,000–$70,000+ leadership role

We do not pay individual commissions.
We bonus as a team to ensure patients are taken care of and the clinic operates at a high level.

SCHEDULE

• Part-time to start

• Minimum required hours: Monday–Thursday, 9:30 AM – 1:30 PM

• Additional hours available as performance grows

• Clear path to full-time role in 2027
