Job Title: Office Manager / Patient Case Manager (Career Growth Role – High Performance)
Location: Apex Chiropractic – Louisville, CO
Type: Full-Time (37–40 hours/week)

THE ROLE (GROWTH TRACK)
You will not be thrown into everything at once.
You will start by mastering:

Front office operations
-
Scheduling and patient flow
-
Systems, organization, and communication
As you prove your ability, you will grow into a full Patient Case Manager role, where you will:

Guide patients through care plans
-
Understand and communicate services (chiropractic, decompression, neuropathy, etc.)

Help drive patient retention and results
-
Play a key role in clinic performance
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Phase 1: Office Operations
-
Run day-to-day front office operations with precision
-
Manage scheduling, phones, and patient communication
-
Keep systems organized and followed exactly
-
Maintain a clean, professional, efficient environment
Phase 2: Case Management Growth
-
Guide patients through programs and care plans
-
Ensure follow-through, retention, and engagement
-
Communicate confidently about services and recommendations
-
Support patient conversions and financial coordination
WHAT WE REQUIRE

Strong attention to detail (non-negotiable)

Ability to manage multiple priorities without dropping things

Excellent communication and people skills

High level of accountability and ownership

Ability to move fast while staying organized

Experience in chiropractic, medical, or wellness clinics

Understanding of the wellness world

Ability to confidently talk about chiropractic and patient care

Sales or patient conversion experience

COMPENSATION

Salary: $50,000–$70,000 (DOE)

Performance-based bonuses as responsibilities grow

Clear path to increased responsibility and income (up to $70k–$75k+ as a full case manager)
