Job Summary:
We seek an enthusiastic, service-oriented Marketing Support Specialist to join our team. This role is ideal for entry-level candidates interested in marketing and a knack for technology.

You will provide frontline support for our clients, assist them with technical issues, execute email/SMS campaigns, and ensure their overall satisfaction with our services.

Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service through email, chat, phone, and occasional video calls.
- Execute and support email and SMS marketing campaigns for clients.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to our loyalty/rewards software.
- Collaborate with the technical team to enhance customer support processes.
- Learn and eventually train clients on how to use our software effectively.
- Contribute ideas and feedback to improve our services and customer experience.

Qualifications:
- Strong interest in customer service and technology.
- Familiarity with email marketing platforms preferred.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Growth-oriented mindset with a positive and proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Entry-level candidates are welcome
