Job Description:

Are you a creative, word-savvy professional with a passion for storytelling and digital communication? We're on the lookout for a Content Curator with a proven knack for crafting compelling content that captivates audiences and drives engagement. 

As a vital part of our team, you'll be responsible for curating, creating, and scheduling diverse content across emails, SMS, messenger broadcasts, and social media platforms, including, but not limited to, Facebook and Instagram. 

Your role will involve harnessing your love for words to inspire action and purchases, all while coordinating with our team to keep content fresh, exciting, and aligned with our business objectives.

Responsibilities:

• Curate, create, and schedule engaging content for emails, SMS, messenger broadcasts, Facebook and Instagram posts, and captions for reels, ensuring each piece aligns with our brand voice and business goals.
• Choose optimal dates and times for posting content, considering audience behavior and platform algorithms to maximize reach and engagement.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to brainstorm fresh and innovative content ideas that will resonate with different audiences and encourage purchases.
• Stay on top of the latest trends in content creation and social media to ensure our content remains relevant and engaging.
• Coordinate content creation with cross-functional teams.
• Utilize strong analytical skills to assess content performance, making data-driven decisions to improve engagement rates and conversion.
• Infuse creativity and a love for technology in crafting content that stands out in the ever-evolving digital landscape.
• Bonus Points: Can make your graphics. Not required.

Qualifications:

• 1-3 years of experience in content creation, digital marketing, or a related field.
• Exceptional writing, editing, and communication skills, with an innate ability to craft content that entices and engages.
• Experience with digital marketing platforms and tools, including content management systems, email marketing software, and social media scheduling tools.
• Highly creative and innovative, with a keen eye for detail and an ability to generate fresh ideas for content that captures the audience's attention.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced setting.
