Front House Bar Lead

Description
Your title will be Front of House Bar Lead, and you will report to the Company’s General Manager.
You will be the Team Lead for our new location in the Delmar Maker District at ABC Distillery, 5232 Delmar Blvd and for our original location, ABC Taproom 4310 Fyler Ave. The starting pay is $15.00 an hour plus tips every shift, this averages out to $22 an hour.
There is an absolute opportunity to receive further compensation as the company and position grow.
Working schedule:
This is full-time position requiring approximately 35-40 hours per week. TWO Guaranteed Days Off a week, a very easy and fun position!
Approximately 5-10 hr a week of administrative duties as well as 25-30hr a week tending bar.

1) Money: Perform bank withdrawals and curate petty cash including stocking register money bags, and withdrawing cash for bands, and other events.

2) Ordering: Purchase required supplies and place orders with distributors, in- cluding wine and liquor, food, disposables, and cleaning supplies. Conduct biweekly inventory and daily par levels of kitchen items. Manage deliveries of supplies and services such as towels, cleaning supplies, food inventory, and beer and liquor.

3) Managing: Supervise all taproom activities and ensure compliance with all company standards. Including maintaining safety and food quality stan- dards. Work closely with kitchen staff, dishwashing team, service members, bartenders, and host staff. Working the floor during business hours to aid in greeting, seating, expediting, and serving guests alongside staff when nec- essary. Monitoring and ensuring adherence to all laws and safety guidelines. Perform orientation and provide/oversee training for all new FOH and BOH employees. Handle and resolve guest complaints, online or in person, work- ing with the staff to ensure that guests have an enjoyable experience, and working the floor during meal hours in order to greet and interact with guests. Maintain optimal level of sanitation throughout the restaurant and ensure compliance to all health department standards. Mediate and support conflict resolution for staff and patron disputes when necessary to create a drama-free environment.

Requirements:
-Must have at least 1 year of Restaurant Management
-Must have at least 2 years Bartending experience
- Must be able to lift and move 175lbs repetitively and use a cart or dolly
-Must be able to obtain a Missouri Class E license or equivalent within 30 days of acceptance of this offer.
- Must be able to obtain Kitchen Managers Safe Serve within 90 Days of acceptance of this offer.

Delivery Driver – Brewery Help

Job description
We are looking to add a motivated and energetic person to our brew crew and production team! Hours will vary to align with staffing and production needs, but typically between 25-40 hours, with the potential to go permanent full-time in October.
We love to grow and promote from within. Our first delivery driver went to the distiller's school in Chicago last year, now our brewer to brew school this spring. With our Distillery location opening up July and our growing presence in the St. Louis marketplace, we are looking to add another member to our production team. The job will include part deliveries and part operations. We view our crew as a team where everyone puts in til the job is done. You will become proficient in many tasks around the brewery including working with our brewer and distiller to wash kegs, clean fermenters, and brite tanks using a clean-in-place machine, operate the forklift, fill kegs, and operate our canning system, and just maybe operate our brewhouse and pot still.
We will train you for forklift certification and other operational tasks. Do you have a mind that likes puzzles? Did you ever have an erector's set or legos as a kid? Can you use a screwdriver and wrench? Do you have basic math skills? Are you over 21 years old with a decent driving record (No DWIs) and want to grow and learn with a growing company?
- Must have current valid driver's license with the ability to obtain class E license within 30 days. Class E is a simple 30-question written test.
- Must be able to obtain company-sponsored forklift certification within 30 days.
- Must have ability and willingness to maintain flexible work schedules, typically 9-4 on weekdays but occasional evenings and weekends as needed

Physical Requirements
- Ability to stand for extended periods, walk, use hands to finger, grasp, handle or feel, push, pull, reach, crouch, kneel, crawl or bend, and perform repetitive motions of the hands and/or wrists.
- Ability to exert up to 100 pounds of force occasionally, and/or up to 50 pounds of force frequently, and/or a negligible amount of force constantly to move objects.
- Ability to frequently lift and/or move up to 150 pounds and be able to move kegs which weigh around 150 pounds.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: From $15.00 - $18.00 per hour Depending on experience.
Expected hours: 25 – 35 per week
