Position Summary: The field bar attendant is responsible for set up, food preparation, organization, sanitation and production and service of food and beverage items as well as closing and storage for individual workstation. Responsible of the overall appearance of the operation.

Responsibilities include:

  • Assist members and guests with food, alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverage selections, and makes recommendations
  • promotes food and beverage products and services
  • prepares food and beverage items and cocktails
  • servers food and beverages to members in a professional and friendly manner
  • responsible for proper alcohol beverage services according to standards
  • performs daily set up, break down and is responsible for the overall cleanliness and organization of location
  • responsible for monthly inventories and proper communication for all product orders/deliveries with main kitchen
  • ensures a pleasant visit for each member, develops, maintains and cultivates professional yet personal member relations
  • stays updated on latest developments pertinent to the department as well as the overall club 
  • any other related tasks assigned by food and beverage management

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Excellent oral communications and listening skills
  • ability to follow directions
  • excellent customer service skills
  • Prolonged periods of standing and walking
  • must be able to lift 25 lbs
  • Bartending and Food preparation
